By installing or using Futbol Cup 2026 Tracker (the "app"), you agree to these terms. The app is published by Okeke LLC and provided through Apple's App Store under Apple's Standard EULA, which these terms supplement.
Important: Futbol Cup 2026 Tracker is an unofficial fan tracker. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national federation, or any participating club or player.
What the app is
Futbol Cup 2026 Tracker is a personal, local-only iPhone app that helps you browse the 2026 international soccer tournament — groups, standings, knockout bracket, and team rosters — and lets you record your own pick-the-winner predictions and manually-entered scores. There are no accounts and no server-side gameplay.
Data accuracy
Schedule, rosters, and venue information are bundled from publicly available sources at the time the app was built. Live match scores are fetched from openfootball/worldcup.json, a community-maintained public dataset. Both can lag, contain typos, or change after publication.
- The app is provided as-is and as-available, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
- Do not rely on scores, schedules, standings, or rosters shown in the app for betting, wagering, fantasy contests, or any other decision with financial or legal consequence. Always verify against official sources.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
- Use the app to harass, defame, or violate the rights of any person.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its bundled data without written permission.
- Scrape, hammer, or otherwise abuse third-party services (like openfootball) through the app.
Intellectual property
Team and player names appear in their factual, descriptive use only. All trademarks (including "FIFA World Cup," team crests, sponsor logos, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners. The app's source code, design, and assets are © Okeke LLC. The bundled openfootball data is used under its project license.
Subscription
Futbol Cup 2026 Tracker access is sold as an auto-renewing weekly subscription via Apple's In-App Purchase system, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Price & renewal: $0.99 (USD) per week, charged to your Apple ID at the end of the free trial and at the start of each weekly period thereafter, until cancelled.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges occur after that.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple per their policies; we don't process refunds directly. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Free trial: The 3-day free trial is available once per Apple ID per subscription group. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged and access ends at the trial's end.
- Price changes: If we change the price, Apple will notify you and seek consent before charging the new amount.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futbol Cup 2026 Tracker and Okeke LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okeke LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app (which, since it is free, is zero). Okeke LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date below; continued use of the app after that date constitutes acceptance. If a change is significant, we will note it in the app's "What's New" on the App Store.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
