By installing or using Money Factor: Lease & Loan (the "app"), you agree to these terms. The app is published by Okeke LLC and provided through Apple's App Store under Apple's Standard EULA, which these terms supplement.
Important: The app provides estimates for educational purposes only. It is not financial advice and is not affiliated with any lender, dealer, or manufacturer.
What the app is
Money Factor: Lease & Loan is a personal, local-only iPhone calculator that estimates the real APR, money factor, and per-mile cost of an auto lease or loan based on numbers you type in. There are no accounts, no servers, and no network requests.
Accuracy
Calculations follow standard money-factor and amortization formulas widely used in US auto finance. They depend entirely on what you enter.
- The app is provided as-is and as-available, with no guarantee of accuracy for any specific deal.
- Results are estimates. Lenders, dealers, taxes, fees, and state-specific rules can change the actual numbers on your contract.
- Do not rely on the app's output as your sole basis for signing a contract or making a financial decision. Verify the math against your dealer's worksheet and consult a qualified advisor where appropriate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
- Use the app to harass, defame, or violate the rights of any person.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its components without written permission.
Purchase & refunds
Money Factor is a one-time paid app sold through Apple's App Store.
- Price: as displayed on the App Store at time of purchase. You buy it once; there are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no additional in-app purchases.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple per their policies; we do not process refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Intellectual property
The app's source code, design, and assets are © Okeke LLC. Vehicle make and model names, where they appear in examples or share cards, are used in their factual, descriptive sense only; all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and Okeke LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okeke LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Okeke LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including any financial loss from a lease or loan you sign based on the app's output.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date below; continued use of the app after that date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
